CIT CCAD Creativity and Change
CIT CCAD Creativity and Change runs programmes for artists, community workers, youth workers, activists educators, volunteers and anyone who is interested in exploring the connection between creativity, learning and change in the world and in nurturing possibilities to grow as connected global citizens.
Creativity & Change is about creativity and its power to ignite empathy, passion and learning about our interconnected and interdependent world.
It is about imagining more humane, just and viable ways to live in the world.
It connects how we think, live and act in the world and considers how we can live as connected global citizens becoming part of the changes we want to see.

Tandem Theatre, UK

Tandem Theatre believe drama can be an accessible language for people to deal with difficulties in their lives. We run participant led drama workshops/projects which helps to boost participants confidence,  motivation, self-esteem whilst increasing their social skills and also gives people an opportunity to take ownership of their lives. We’ve seen how even in a short space of time drama workshops can transform a reluctant participant into the most enthusiastic member of the group. We hope to continue facilitating these changes through our work.
Our association was created in 2010 by 10 young persons who worked as an informal group for long time together before in the field of community developing and environmental education. Our basic principle is to give space, create opportunities and support young people with different social and cultural backgrounds in realizing their ideas, develop their talents and open their perspectives by different methods of non-formal education and community arts. We also aim to raise the awareness of people about sustainable values and to contribute preserving of traditional culture and bringing closer to people contemporary culture.

NESEHNUTI, Czech Republic We work within these programmes:
Together Towards Diversity - opens up debate about minorities, migration and refugees in the Czech Republic, the issues surrounding it, the associated prejudices and the lack of respect frequently shown by the majority of society. Through educational and informative activities, we hope to work together to look for answers to topical questions and to learn what a multicultural life, outside the world of media bubbles and prejudice, looks like in specific locations.
The Initiative Way - We support active people and civic initiatives abroad, primarily, though not exclusively, in the southern Caucuses, Transnistria, Ukraine.
Women’s Rights are Human Rights - The programme aims to create a space in which attitudes related to stereotypical notions about the role of women and men in society can change, and problems resulting from these ideas (gender discrimination in the workplace, violence against women, the beauty myth etc.) can be resolved.
Civic Eye - Our goal is to encourage public participation in the planning and decision-making surrounding projects which may impact the natural environment. We support initiatives and active individuals by connecting and strengthening their local campaigns.
Other campaigns: Arms or Human Rights? – monitoring of the arm trade to areas and countries where human rights are violated; Support Animal Rights – monitoring of the environment in factory farms.
